Hassan: Amidst cheers from devotees, the presiding deity of the City, Hasanamba, offered vishwaroopa darshan on Thursday October 13 at 12.17 pm. As per tradition, as soon as the doors of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple were opened, Narasimharaja of the Mysuru Royal family chopped young plant of banana. The devotees and the people’s representatives shouted slogans and were overwhelmed. After the doors of the sanctum sanctorum were opened, priests, District In-Charge Minister K. Gopalaiah and Former BBMP Deputy Mayor Hemavathi, Local MLA Preetham Gowda, and others were present.
