‘Success of students result of their own hardwork’

Dubai: The 36th episode of NewsKarnataka.com’s Namaste Teacher was held on Friday August 19 at 6.30 pm IST.

The guest teacher for the evening was Muniraja Renjala, Teacher. The special guests of the evening are her students, Naveen Kumar, Proprietor, Preethi Graphics, Moodabidri, Ganesh Ravi Human Resources, Nike India and Sushma Moodabidri, Screenplay Writer, Freelancer, Zee Kannada.

The event host was Kiran Nirkan.

Through teacher-student interaction, the series strives to highlight teachers and their impact on students. The programme was premiered on NewsKarnataka.com’s Facebook and YouTube channels.

In the beginning of the show Kiran Nirkan introduced the guests and welcomed them.

Muniraja Renjala shared, “I was born and brought up in an agriculture dominating village. The happiness of being coronated as a best outgoing student in graduation from being a dull student in primary studies is vast,” he shared.

Student Sushma Moodabidri expressed, “Back then, there was no google to answer our queries and sir was our google.”

Ganesh Ravi said, “Discussion on Muniraja sir never ends for me. My school felt mine after Muniraja sir had become my teacher.”

Naveen Kumar said, “Sir would enlighten students through stories. His teachings was deep-rooted in us so much that, even in the next class we students reminisced what Muniraja sir told.”

“If a teacher is the reason behind a student’s success, then every student will come out to be the best. So, the success of a student is because of their own hardwork and efforts,” teacher Muniraja Renjala opined.

Discussing the role of teachers in evolving a generation, “Teaching profession is a nation building process. They guide the path forward to students,” they shared.

Both teachers and students appreciated the initiative of NewsKarnataka and expressed gratitude.
