Rachita Ram has acted with almost all the top stars within a short period of time. She is a huge fan of Upendra and has always wanted to share screen space with him. She was very excited when she was signed to act opposite Upendra in “Uppi Rupee”. However, the film got stalled.
However, as God would have it, she has been signed opposite Upendra once again, for a new film. Upendra’s next, “I Love You”, being directed by R Chandru, will kick-start shooting from June 5, and Rachita Ram has bagged the project. The director, after much discussion, felt that Rachita would fit the bill and approached her. She agreed and officially signed to be part of the film.
To Rachita, this is not only a reunion with Upendra, but is also a reuinion with R Chandru. She was expected to be part of his last film “Kanaka” however, due to last minute changes, Hariprriya took her place.
Meanwhile, Rachita is currently juggling between Nikhil Kumar’s “Seetharama Kalyana” and Puneeth Rajkumar’s “Natasarvabhouma”.
