Bengaluru: Recently “The Villian” movie, in which Kiccha Sudeep and ‘Hatrick Hero’ Shivarajkumar featured together, created a record in box office and satellite rights collections. After Sudeep and Shivanna, it is now Yash’s and ‘Power Star’ Puneeth Rajkumar’s to collaborate turn.
If everything goes according to plan, Santhosh Ananddram of ‘Mr and Mrs Ramachari’ and ‘Raajakumara’ fame, is all set to direct a movie in which both these superstars will act together.
According to sources, both Yash and Puneeth, who are good friends, wanted to act in a movie together and have given Santosh the task of writing the story and directing the movie.
“Both the actors have informed Santosh that, if he brings them a great script, they are ready to act together,” said sources privy to the development.
Meanwhile, Puneeth Rajkumar has congratulated Yash on the tremendous response that the “KGF” trailer has received upon its release recently. In a tweet, Puneeth said, “Hearty Congratulations Yash, Vijay Sir, Prashanth Neel and the entire team of #KGF for 20Million+ Views for the trailer across all languages… Best wishes for the release…..”
