One well-known IT center is Hinjewadi. Hinjawadi is home to numerous IT companies. Hundreds of engineers travel to Pune every day in the hopes of finding employment in Hinjawadi, the IT hub. In the same Hinjawadi neighborhood, an IT walk-in drive was arranged. For this walk-in drive, thousands of engineers were waiting in line for positions outside the company.

This social media post makes it clear that the video is not from an IT company. About ten days ago, this video was uploaded. Numerous engineers can be seen lining up with their resumes for the position. Approximately 2900 resumes were submitted for this walk-in drive, according to the post.
