The famous dialogue from the classic Bollywood movie Sholay, “Don’t dance in front of these dogs, Basanti,” continues to resonate with audiences today. Originating from a scene where Dharmendra’s character, Veeru, shields Hema Malini’s character, Basanti, from dancing in the presence of Gabbar Singh and his gang, the line has taken on a modern twist. Nowadays, people often recreate popular movie scenes or songs on social media platforms. In a recent viral video, four girls were seen filming a dance routine to the song “Ye Ishq Haaye” from the movie Jab We Met, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. However, their performance took an unexpected turn when a stray dog appeared, causing the girls to flee in fear. Many social media users found the footage amusing and even praised the dog’s unintentional heroic act.

As the four girls confidently started their dance, they were abruptly interrupted by a stray dog. Approaching them, the dog paused in front of the camera, giving them a surprised look. In a comedic twist, the girls panicked and hastily left the scene, leaving their phone behind. The video, shared by the Ghar Ke Kalesh page, was captioned, “One-sided chaos between Dogesh and Girls who were dancing on Road.”

Since its online sharing, the video has become a viral sensation, amassing over 40,000 views.

In response to the clip, one user commented, “Saved from another cringe video,” while another quipped, “Wild card entry.” “Dogu ko 7 topon ki salami di jaye. (Give the Dog a salute of seven guns),” read another comment.

Someone shared, “As soon as they came, everyone left halfway.” Another remarked, “Now dogs might not appreciate such pointless dancing.” One more added, “The Sigma dog is the reason why guys love dogs.”

In a previous viral video, a cute dog was seen playfully nipping at its owner’s legs while the person was dancing and recording reels. In the clip, the dog appeared to join in on the fun without any malicious intent.
