In the world of fancy and elaborate cooking shows, one South Indian cook’s rustic egg recipe prepared in the outdoors has millions of people hooked.
A video shared on the ‘Village food factory’ YouTube channel shows a man making egg curry with no less than 300 eggs. Since being shared on November 3, the video has received over 1.8 million views and counting.
From the very first frame, the video completely reels you in, what with the 300 or so eggs spread on the ground. The rest of the recipe seems simple. What keeps you watching is the sheer quantity of the dish being cooked.
It’s said ‘beauty lies in the simplicity’ and this video (and several other recipes on the channel) prove just that.
“Damn, I wanna try it so badly , I love trying new food.,” says one commenter on YouTube. “That’s a lot of eggs… on average how many eggs do you consume each day?,” wonders another.
