A contentious encounter between a pizza delivery worker in Toronto and an unhappy customer has stirred considerable attention on social media, prompting criticism directed at the customer for their unpleasant conduct.
A widely circulated video titled “Me vs. the pizza man,” lasting over five minutes, has captured significant online interest across various platforms.
In the video, reportedly filmed in Toronto, Canada, a customer is heard persistently requesting the delivery worker to contact his employer, citing a cash payment and the lack of change provided by the delivery person, citing ambiguity in the order regarding cash-on-delivery.

Despite the delivery worker suggesting payment via card, the agitated customer insists on cash payment, claiming a history of cash transactions.
“You think I’ve never ordered before? Do something, I dare you,” the customer taunts.
In the midst of verbal abuse and profanity directed at him, the delivery worker attempts to seek support from customer service. However, the customer continues to ridicule and insult him during the call.
Subsequently, the delivery worker requests customer service to intervene, but the customer remains uncooperative, resorting to derogatory remarks about the delivery worker’s ethnicity, labeling him as “Stupid brown guy” and “Dummy.”
Throughout the video, the customer vehemently demands his change, despite the delivery worker’s explanations of his inability to provide it immediately.
In an attempt to resolve the situation, the delivery worker proposes retrieving the change first before delivering the food. However, the customer refuses and challenges the delivery worker to retrieve the package, which was left on the floor inside the apartment building.
Unable to resolve the matter, the delivery worker contacts customer service again, seeking assistance in delivering the change to the customer, which they agree to. The delivery worker leaves the apartment without delivering the food, while the customer continues to hurl insults.
The video has spurred discussions regarding the challenges faced by delivery workers and tipping practices, with the majority of viewers condemning the customer’s disruptive behavior.
