Bengaluru: The Loyola Block of St Joseph’s Indian Primary School-CBSE was inaugurated here on February 27.
The Superior General, Society of Jesus, Rev. Fr Arturo Sosa Abascal inaugurated and blessed the building in the presence of Rev. Fr. Jerome Stanislaus D’Souza, Provincial, Karnataka Jesuit Province, Rev. Fr. Leo Pereira, Rector, St. Joseph’s Indian Institutions, Rev. Fr. Sunil Fernandes, Principal and Rev. Fr. Vincent Pinto, Vice Principal, SJIPS.
SJIPS managed by the Jesuits and firmly built on the principle of “Faith and Toil”, has a legacy of over 110 years of undoubted and unprecedented service by educating the men and women of this society to become responsible and conscious citizens. St. Joseph’s Indian Primary School (CBSE) co-educational institution was established in the year 2014 and is relatively a new entrant into the Josephite family which has classes from KG to Class 10 and caters to the scholastic and co-scholastic development of its students.
