Moodbidri: The rank list of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences(RGUHS) 2017 examinations has been released and the students of Alva’s Education Foundation have bagged whopping 116 ranks, said Dr. M. Mohan Alva in a press release.
Dr. Vishnu R. was the star performer with bagging 18 ranks in total, and secured overall second rank in Karnataka in the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) examination.
Ananya, of Alva’s Homeopathy College, secured first rank in the university. In the Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS) Archana K.V, Hanishree, and Deeksha Shenoy of Alva’s College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences were placed third, fifth, and ninth on the rank list respectively.
Shivappa Jainapura of Alva’s College of Hospital Administration stood second in the rank list. In Post Basic B.Sc. nursing examinations, Jyothi Nayak bagged first rank while, Rakesh Shreshta secured fifth rank in the physiotherapy examinations.
Post Graduation Department of Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College also achieved 100 percent results in 2017 final year examinations.
RGUHS is the state-level university in Karnataka which provides professional education in medical, dental and other health sciences.
