Mangaluru: The Sports team of St Joseph Engineering College – Vamanjoor, put on excellent performance in the recently held throwball tournament and won laurels for the College under the guidance of PED, Vaneesha V Rodrigues and Sudheer M, Assistant PED. SJEC Women’s Throwball team emerged as Winners in Nitte Meenakshi Hegde Memorial Trophy Throwball Tournament held at NMAMIT Nitte on 15 March 2024.
Nisha Aranha, I year BE student of Computer Science & Engineering secured Best Thrower of the tournament award and Roja S IV yr E&E secured best receiver of the tournament award. The Management – SJEC has congratulated the entire team and the Physical Education Directors for this overwhelming achievement.
