New Delhi: In another sensational claim, Delhi Minister Atishi has stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party is trying to impose president’s rule by destabilizing Arvind Kejriwal’s government.
She said she got this information from credible sources that a political conspiracy is underway to remove Kejriwal’s government.
In a press conference, Atishi said that the AAP supremo has been arrested in a fake case and without any proof, these are all conspiracy to topple a government formed with peoples’ mandate.
She also suspected that Kejriwal’s private secretary being removed was also part of the large conspiracy.
The BJP reacted sharply to the allegation, saying that they narrate a new story every day. BJP spokesperson Harish Khurana said that the Delhi born party always cook Manohar Kahaani (entertaining stories) every day.
They claim that officials are not being appointed, but since September the Chief Minister has not met the Lieutant General. This response came following Atishi’s charge that no IAS officers were appointed to the important posts from last several months.
The AAP supremo is in Tihar Jail, in connection with the now scrapped Delhi liquor policy scam. The CM was denied bail by the Delhi High Court who challenged his arrest on March 21.
