New Delhi: The internet is flooded with videos of Self-declared godman Nithyananda’s discourses that have made way for umpteen number of memes. In a latest video, the godman, who is accused of rape and sexual abuse has claimed to be ‘Parama-Shiva’ (Supreme God) himself and that nobody can now touch him!
“I will show my integrity to you by revealing the reality and truth to you. Now nobody can touch me, I can tell you the truth – I am Param Shiva. Understand? No stupid court can prosecute me for revealing the truth. I am Param Shiva,” says Nithyananda in an undated video. It looks like he is delivering a discourse and when he declares himself as Paramashiva, his devotees can be heard cheering. “By being here you declared your integrity and allegiance to me… I promise you, no more death for you all,” he is seen telling his followers.
The 41-year-old is said to have fled the country and founded his own ‘country’ called ‘Kailaasa’ in Ecuador. However, the investigating agencies have not been able to get a clue about his whereabouts. It may be recalled that on Friday, the government cancelled his passport and rejected the application for a fresh one. Nithyananda was arrested in 2010 in Himachal Pradesh over rape allegations. He was also allegedly seen in explicit footage with an actress.
