Vijayapura: “Karnataka Pradesh Congress Campaign Committee President M. B. Patil is under the illusion of defeating me, said Senior BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil. Thus, he has hit back at Patil, asking him to first take care of himself.
Speaking to mediapersons in the City on Sunday December 4, Yatnal said, two sitting MLAs and a former MLA of his own Congress party in the District are trying to defeat him. Yatnal hit back at M. B. Patil for his statement that he would take the responsibility of defeating Yatnal.
Yatnal added that it is up to the voters of his constituency to defeat him and not M. B. Patil.
