Bengaluru: Leader of opposition in state legislative council and BJP leader KS Eshwarappa, who has been in news through his closeness to “Rayanna Brigade” is in news again.
The senior leader has filed a defamation case against Shivamogga based advocate B Vinodh at 5th ACMM court of Bengaluru city.
Eshwarappa has alleged that B Vinodh is making baseless allegations against him, stating that he has allocated sites to his relatives at HSR layout of the city.
“By levelling false, baseless allegations, he is defaming me and tarnishing my public image,” alleged Eshwarappa in his complaint.
Advocate B Vinodh has hit headlines few years ago when he lodged complaints against former CM BS Yeddyurappa and KS Eshwarappa in several courts including state Lokayukta.
