Bengaluru: Verification of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) marks cards can now be done online, as per the latest announcement by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB).
The recently-launched online verification portal can help employers authenticate SSLC marks cards and other relevant documents in just a few clicks. However, the services of the portal are available only after making an online payment of Rs 355.
This new provision undertaken by the KSEEB mitigates the need for officials to physically verify SSLC marks cards.
By logging in to http://www.kseeb.kar.nic.in/ and uploading a scanned image of a marks card (as well as submitting a mobile number), employers can get the authentication done within a week. Once the process is complete, they will be notified by the portal via SMS.
