Bengaluru: The Karnataka Revenue Department is set to launch the ‘Hello Revenue Minister’ helpline initiative, which will address issues related to the State’s different pension schemes.
Those who have problems with their pensions can contact a helpline and say, ‘Hello Revenue Minister,’ and the service will be delivered to the beneficiary’s home within 72 hours, informed Ashoka.
The helpline initiative aims to resolve concerns with Karnataka’s different pension schemes.
“To power this programme, we are working on a dedicated software. A helpline/control room will be created so that anyone can claim any of the services by calling the helpline,” the Minister said.
