For those who are interested to come in for the health check, here are few pointers that need to be followed prior to the check-up.
- 1. Over-night fasting required for 8-10 hours
- Report to the reception counter near the MRD between 7:30 am and 8 am on an empty stomach (only water can be taken)
- Avoid wearing tight clothes and shoes. Wear loose clothes and easily removable footwear.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption for a minimum of 12 hours before the health check.
- Bring-in earlier reports and medical records.
- Doctor consultation will be provided and opinions will be based on the health check-up results.
- Any further test as recommended by the consultant doctors will not be included in the health package and will require payment.
- The reports could be mailed or WatsApp’d on request to save paper.
