Mangaluru: The water supply in the City will be affected for next two days 48 hours due to repair in the jackwell.
The jackwell repair works will be undertaken under the Smart City Project in the HLPS 1 – 18 MGD treatment plant at Thumbe. The Mangalore City Corporation here in a release stated that water supply to areas like Surathkal, Katipalla, NIT(K), Car Street, MCF, Kulur, PVS, parts of Kavoor and Kodical, Ladyhill, Bunder, Kudroli, Pachanady, Ashoknagar, Derebail, Kodialbail, and Kadri among other places will be disrupted beginning 6.00 am on November 12 to 6.00 am on November 14.
Further, the authorities have urged the people to cooperate during the said period.
