Raichur: Sudhindra Rao Kasbe, a two-time MLA from Kalmala Constituency passed away at his residence in Gillesugur on the night of Saturday. He was ailing for sometime now.
In 1978, he was elected from Kalmala Assembly Constituency in the District on a Congress ticket. In 1980, he was the Minister for Muzrai in the Gundu Rao cabinet. He was re-elected from Kalmala Constituency in 1983.
He is survived by his wife, three sons and a daughter.
