Speaking to mediapersons, he said, “Siddaramaiah is a big liar. Lying is his second nature. He has never kept any of his promises. The Backward Classes of the State are fed up with Siddaramaia, he alleged.
He also said that Arvind Jadhav, Principal Secretary in the Siddaramaiah Government, had submitted a report on reservation. Then why didn’t the reservation committee be formed, he questioned. Siddaramaiah could not do justice to SCs and STs. However, after Basavaraj Bommai became the CM, reservation was increased, he notes.
Hence, CM Basavaraj Bommai is the leader of the Backward Classes. He said a huge rally has been organised in Ballari to felicitate Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa for increasing the reservation for SCs and STs.
