Chikkamagaluru: BJP national general secretary C.T. Ravi has said that he welcomes the Congress government in the state for fulfilling its pre-poll promise.
Speaking to the mediapersons in Delhi, he said that every person is responsible for proper implementation of the scheme as printed in the manifesto. But now, at the time of the announcement, they said that it is for the 1 in family.
Issue a white paper on the state’s economic situation, give details of how much money for the projects including the expenditure, the people of the state have to come to a stand of economic expenditure and your guarantees should not be made keeping in mind the next elections. Your guarantees shouldn’t be like an inside hurt, he said.
‘I am not an aspirant for the post of BJP state unit president. I am not working with the aspiration of the state president. I have been doing the work assigned to me by the party. There is a lot of work to be done as a national general secretary. We will soon elect the leader of the opposition,” he said.
