Mysuru: In a surprising move, Manjula Manasa, the chairperson of the Karnataka State Commission for Women (KSCW) has resigned from her post on Monday, October 24.
Manjula Manasa, a close confidante of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah however stated that her move intends to give opportunity to others.
She has taken a sudden decision to resign 9 months before her term of three years ended. She submitted the resignation letter to chief secretory of state. According to sources, she took the decision after getting credible information that she would be appointed to one of the state boards.
