Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated the adoption of cows programme under the Punyakoti Adoption Scheme organised by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services and Karnataka Animal Welfare Board at the Medical Council Auditorium on Thursday March 23. Animal Husbandry Minister Prabhu Chavan, Department Secretary Salma Fahim, Government Employees’ Association President Shadakshari and others were present.
