Hal Elrod, best-selling author and speaker, believes in his book The Miracle Morning that everyone can achieve their goals in any aspect of life including wealth, job, health, spirituality, and happiness. The answer is to commit to personal growth by getting up early everyday and following a basic daily pattern of silence, affirmation, visualisation, exercise, reading, and writing, which may enable anyone to improve any aspects of life in a surprising short amount of time.
Hal Elrod explains how to take charge of your life and transform it one morning at a time. Hal teaches you how to wake up with more energy, motivation, and focus on taking action and fulfilling your full potential.
The following are the six Life SAVERS:
The first Miracle is beginning everyday with a moment of determined silence, which is a great way to start the day. Meditation, prayer, reflection, deep breathing, and thankfulness are just a few of the exercises that can be done in this deep solitude. Second is to develop affirmations that are unique to what we want to achieve and the person we want to become in order to achieve it. When we decide to saying them each day (preferably aloud), they make an indelible mark on our subconscious. The third is visualisation, which is the process of visualising exactly what we want to achieve. Then mentally go over everything we need to do to get there. Starting with five minutes of daily visualisation, the author suggests, is a good place to start. The fourth is every morning, regular exercise should be a part of your daily routine. It provides an energy boost that is helpful to one’s health, self-confidence, and emotional well-being. It helps you to think clearly and stay concentrated for extended periods of time. The fifth is reading, and is a simple approach to increase the knowledge, ideas, and solutions you need to be successful in all aspects of your life. The sixth is writing, which in the Miracle Morning consists of keeping a diary in which you put down new commitments and experiences learnt. Writing in a journal every day assists you to focus your attention, according to the author. Make a list of what you’ve completed, what brings you joy, and what you want to improve on tomorrow.
