He was speaking after inaugurating the 2 day Rotaract District Conference “Spoorthi Sagara 2022” (The Ocean of Inspiration) held at Nethravathi Auditorium of Sahayadri Engineering College Adyar on 21.05.2022. The voluntary service organization should strive hard for the upliftment of the Economically Weaker section of the society. He was felicitated for his yeomen public service by the Rotaract Committee.
The Rotary Dist. Governor Rtn. Ravindra Bhat in his address to Spoorthi Sagara advised the youth member delegates to cultivate punctuality and commitment, maintain tolerance and sacrifice the ego to achieve success in life.
Past Rotary Dist. Governor Rtn. Dr Devdas Rai advised the members and participants to implement discipline, build character and develop friendship, and fellowship.
Dist. Rotaract representative Rtr. Darryl D’Souza presided over the function, Rotary Mangalore Central President Rtn. Ramashesha Shetty, Sahyadri Engineering College Principal Dr Rajesh, Dist. Rotaract Chairman Miss. Hithakshi, Conference Chairman Rtr. Sheldon Crasta were present. Rotary Mangalore City President Rtr. Nishan welcomed all, Secretary Rtr. Arjun Prakash proposed a vote of thanks, Rtr. Akshaydeep anchored the programme. The conference was jointly hosted by Rotaract District Council jointly with Rotaract Club Mangalore City.
