Bidar: In a village within Bhalki taluk, a school teacher married a minor student from a government school. Subsequently, the Mehkar Police filed a case, leading to the teacher’s suspension by DDPI Salim Pasha on Monday.
The teacher’s dereliction of duty and involvement, in an illegal act have brought disgrace to the education department. As per the directives of the Civil Services (Conduct, Control, and Appeal) Rules of 1957, the teacher has been suspended immediately, according to the order.
