Mysuru: After the terrorist attack in Sri Lanka in which more than 200 people were killed and 400 injured, security has been tightened at St. Philomena’s Cathedral in Mysuru.
Soon after the terrorist attack came to light, city police as a precautionary measure have deployed more police personnel at Asia’s famous St Philomena’s Church. The church attracts people not only from across the state but also from other states and foreign countries. Everyday hundreds of tourists visit St Philomenas church.
Steven, a tourist from Bengaluru says that it is unfortunate that more than 200 people are killed and more than 400 of them injured in the terrorist attack. “The government should take strict action on the terriorists responsible for the attack and should send a strong message,” he added.
