Mangaluru: Yenepoya Pharmacy College & Research Centre, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) located in the Ayush campus, Naringana, Deralakatte inaugurated National Pharmacy Week 2022 and the theme of this year is “Pharmacy of the World-India”.
The program was started with an invocation by a student. Dr Mohammed Gulzar Ahmed Principal Yenepoya Pharmacy College welcomed the gathering and chief guest Uday Kishore, Assistant Drug Controller, Mangaluru gave the inaugural address to all B.Pharm & D.Pharm students. Uday with his talk motivated students about the job opportunities and preparation for various higher studies and job-related exams like GRE, TOEFL, UPSC, KSPC, Drug Inspector, and Pharmacist and also highlighted the opportunities available in various corporate sectors. Students cleared many of their doubts pertaining to the same topics and opportunities by interacting with Uday Kishore in the question and answer session.
Further to this, the chief guest then inaugurated various events organized for students by the college from Dec 19 to 24,2022. Fathima Assistant professor was the master of the ceremony, Mohammed Ameen M.P. read out the significance of the day and Dr Darshan gave a vote of thanks at the end. Mohammed Asif Iqbal C vice principal, teaching staff and non-teaching staff attended the session at the seminar hall, Yenepoya Pharmacy College & Research Centre on Dec 19, 2022, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
