Bantwal: The bystanders were injured when an Omni passenger mini bus was overturned on NH 75 at Panemangalore, near here on Thursday April 25 night. 
The injured has been identified as the local resident Narayan and the details of another are yet to be known.
The over-speeding Omni hit Satyadevata Katte at Panemangalore and was overturned, when its driver tried to maneuver on the edge of the road, in order to avoid collision with oncoming poultry laden truck. As a result, the Omni hit the passersby.
The locals rushed the injured including the driver who was in critical condition to the hospital.
The town police registered a case in this regard and investigations are under way.
