Bengaluru: Minister KC Narayana Gowda to quit BJP on March 21?

Bengaluru: In a big setback for BJP which is trying to win more seats in Mandya District, Party strongman K. C. Narayana Gowda, MLA from K. R. Pete and Minister for Youth and Sports Empowerment has all likely decided to quit the Party.

He is the first party MLA from this Vokkaliga strong belt District. In 2018 by-election he won from K. R. Pete Constituency. He had quit JD (S) as part of Operation Kamala earlier.

According to sources, on March 21, Gowda has organised a mammoth party rally in K. R. Pete Town where he will announce that he would quit the BJP. It is speculated that he will join Congress and contest from the Constituency.
