Shivakumar, or VIP member Jagadish Shettar have approached him to discuss joining the Congress. Hence, there is no truth in the speculation that he is leaving the BJP,” he said.
I have no aspirations for any Lok Sabha election ticket. I have no interest in it. If I have to make any political decision, I will discuss it with the leaders of all 8 taluks in the district and make a decision together. So far, I haven’t held any meetings in this regard,” he said.

When the BJP was in power previously, there was dissatisfaction among corporation members regarding the allocation of responsibilities. Mistakes were made in the past.
