Mangaluru: SAE eBAJA team emerged victorious and claimed the 10th rank all over India which was held at Chitkara University, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh from 5-8 April 2023. SAE EBAJA is one of the most gruelling and demanding off-road annual events in India. The championship is renowned for its unforgiving track, which puts the skills and knowledge of the best All-Terrain Vehicle designers and racers to the test. The event had the participation of 92 teams from all over India. The event began with the technical inspection of the vehicles on April 5 and 6 followed by a series of rigorous tests, including a brake test, acceleration test, manoeuvrability test, suspension and traction test and a sledge pull test on 7 April. Finally, the championship culminated with an endurance race on 8th April. Despite facing numerous challenges during the competition, our vehicle emerged victorious and claimed the 10th rank all over India. The vehicle passed the technical inspection, acceleration test, brake test, and endurance test on the very first attempt, showcasing the skills and dedication of Team eSJEC racing.
