Mysuru: BJP National General Secretary C. T. Ravi has lashed out at Siddaramaiah for his remarks on Lingayat Chief Minister as an insult to Basava principles.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP’s media centre here, he said, “Whatever Siddaramaiah clarifies, every letter of his statement has been circulated. If you want to, broadcast it again and see the truth. Siddaramaiah is caught in a chakravyuvaha. Even Krishna is not with them to save them, he is with us, he said.
Congress leader D. K. Shivakumar is still there. There is no help from Shivakumar. They use all their weapons on Siddaramaiah. Kharge does not have the support and Parameshwara will not be spared from the curse,” he said.
“Shivakumar claimed that the Lingayat dam was broken. The breaking up of society is part of their politics. But we have increased the height of the dam through Basavanna, Kanakadasa, Kempegowda, and Sangolli Rayanna etc. It will be known in the election results. All of them have been strengthened through Hindutva,” he said.
